Orginally I had all my old posts dumped here in one page in reverse chronological order.

I've now come to my senses and made individual pages. Website updates will get grouped together into one page. Updates about a specific creative work will likewise probably be grouped together. And any other individual topic post will get it's own page
I think? We'll see.

I've updated a couple of entries over in the writing section, particular vis a vis Soul Starved. I have this idea in my head of posting updates here as well, but I'm not sure how feasible that'll actually prove.
I still need to actually proper-like sort out the CSS sheet stuff. Having a unified area to keep the basic site layout without needing to then go and tweak every individual page would be, uh... well it would great. It's going to take an afternoon of self-education to figure it out though so until the motivation strikes, here we are.

I've finally solved the formatting problems that have held up me getting to a proper release-state with my poetry chapbook. It took some learning about CSS and how epub handles formatting, but we got there. Very exciting, so of course Itch.io seems to be having some sort of server problem today. Womp womp. I don't see the point in pegging a specific 'release date' since it's not like there's anyone else involved really, so uh... it'll go up when it goes up. Hopefully soon!!

I think I've got this set up how I like it, more or less. I might post other various personal thoughts from time to time here. Or practice learning more HTML stuff, but I think we're set.

I'm hoping to do more writing today. This summer was really rough on getting anything done so I've been going through the first half of the book and running some edits through while I refresh my memory and get back up to speed. I'm excited to finally get back up to and finish Act 3 and move onto the last section of the book. It's a three day weekend so fingers crossed on getting somewhere!!!!

Everything should be more or less up and functional. We're not winning any awards here but for an amature project put together in like a dozen some hours it's not terrible? I'm pretty happy with it at any rate and that's what counts. A huge deal of credit goes to the freely offered HTML templates offered by Repth. Having a workable framework has been so much more productive for learning this stuff then a blank page and an empty brain. Thank you!!

At some point I intend to figure out how to change the font type and maybe the color for links, but that's a lower priority at the moment. I like having a personal dedicated web page here.

This website's almost operational, wowee

I just need to figure out what to do for the the visual art and the writing. I think I want a slightly different set up for each of them? The images – glitch / photo manip art mostly – will need some sort of gallery set up and writing will need it's own thing. I'd like to have something set up as a mirror for when I'm posting work elsewhere? Like, when I finally start posting Soul Starved / Soul Rebel somewhere, it'd be good to have personal page for it. If only for my own satisfaction. There's... probably a way to autotranslate the text formatting? Maybe?

I don't know how advanced this blog will get with tagging and stuff. I'm anticipating I'll have to rethink this approach entirely down the line. But I can take on the mantle of learning more specific coding as needs and whimsy align I figure.

I think the last time I played around with raw HTML code was 6th grade computer class and dreamweaver. Or maybe it was Neopets.

Might have been both?

A little intimidated to pick up those skills again. 'Skills,' not like 12 year-old me was particularly knowledgable on the subject, but you know.

This is a test page so I have something to work with in putting this site together. I don't know how far I'm going to get before I get distracted or lose interest. I'd like to think I'll be able to make something functional here so I can have a place to put things that isn't Tumblr or Blusky. Maybe hook in my creative writing work, or anything else that comes to mind.
