Soul Starved is a cyberpunk-adjacent novel set in 2192 Boston, Massachusetts.
A closeted trans girl with a psychic 'glitch' that makes for little more for than a constant telepathic impediment, Morgan Abrams has tried her best to disconnect, keep her head down, and not think too hard about tomorrow, only keeping in touch with Riley her best friend and fellow social outcast. When Brayden, an ex-friend turned hated enemy offers to pay the pair to hack the security system to spy on his girlfriend, all three soon find themselves caught up in the middle of a mystery around a series of monster attacks plaguing the arcology.
These types of attacks aren't supposed to be possible inside the arcology, so how do they keep happening? And what does Morgan's mother, the genius nanite research Dr. Rivka Abrams, have to do with it?

A poetry chapbook of gender dysphoria, fossilization, being made a monster, and drowning in blood.

This was composed over a period of something approaching a decade through multiple incarnations. Inside are themes of gender dysphoria, transformations, and alienation from others and the self. There is a fair bit about blood. And some weird teeth stuff. If you're into poetry that marries all of this stuff with fossils, geology, and ghosts, while spotlighting in some allusions to Greek myth, you're in luck.

It is 79 pages, just over of 7k words in length and contains work that has previously been published in older incarnations in various online literary magazines which I believe are all defunct now? RIP.

When I first joined a DnD group I got really enthusastic about it. I was also trying to learn Irish at the time and the two kinda meshed together.

Okay, look so. Around 2019 I finished grad school and had a short period while job searching where I suddenly had a lot of free time. I had fallen in love with a Interactive Fiction story by Malin Rydén called Fallen Hero: Rebirth, like completely into it in a way I don't usually get any more as an adult. It might have been my first foray into fandom proper since like, Digimon and I Love Bees. It got me writing fiction again for the first time in years!
